Kuruch A. Formation of political competence of future officers in a higher military educational institution

The dissertation is a theoretical and experimental study of the problem of forming the political competence of future officers in the process of professional training in a higher military educational institution. It contains the results of the theoretical and experimental search for the creation of effective techniques for the formation of separate special competencies in the process of military education in the context of Ukraine's integration into the NATO block. The technology of formation of political competence of future officers within the framework of higher military educational institution has been scientifically substantiated and experimentally tested, an integral part of this technology is a factor-criterion model, which allows determining the level of formation of political competence of future officers and its components. The dissertation presents the results of a pedagogical experiment, during which it was proved that there is a positive dynamics in the formation of political competence in future officers in the process of their training at a higher military educational institution.
