Essay

The research is devoted to the development of the creative potential of a teacher of musical art in postgraduate pedagogical education. The main theoretical foundations of the problem of developing the creative potential of a teacher of musical art has been found out by studying and systematic analysis of the scientific literature as well as philosophical, psychological and pedagogical views of scholars In addition, it was highlighted that the topicality of the mentioned issue is important for Ukrainian pedagogical science. The research specifies a general structure of the creative potential of a teacher of musical art in conditions of postgraduate pedagogical education as a hierarchically complex dynamic system of the phenomenon of pedagogical creativity, which provides the development of the creative potential of a teacher of musical art. This structure includes motivational, personal, cognitive, procedural and productive components. The pedagogical conditions of the creative potential of a teacher of musical art in postgraduate pedagogical education have been defined, theoretically substantiated and tentatively tested. The model of development of the creative potential of a teacher of musical art in postgraduate pedagogical education is developed, theoretically substantiated and experimentally verified, which makes it possible to combine the stages of professional development of a teacher in formal, informal and self-education. The represented model of development of the creative potential of a teacher of musical art in postgraduate pedagogical education has been constructed taking into account the peculiarities of adult education and consists of interrelated conceptual, content, technological and professional-diagnostic components. The approbation of the model allowed to determine the need for systematicity, integrity, continuity of all types of education (formal, informal and self-education), the expediency of constructing a learning content on an integrated, differentiated and multidisciplinary basis, the effectiveness of training, creative, active forms and methods of education, the expediency of introducing in the content of educational programs the developed special course, the organic combination of pedagogical, artistic, digital technologies in formal education, the need to improve distance learning, the system of scientific and pedagogical activities, the activities of creative groups and associations in informal education, the need to improve e-learning and diversified forms of self-education.
