Essay

The dissertation conceptually substantiates the model of cognition of personal resources for overcoming psychological crisis based on personal characteristics and conditions of human life. The personal resources for overcoming crisis are characterized at the level of emotional, cognitive and behavioral manifestations. The specifics of the interaction of personal resources with external factors of human life in overcoming psychological crises are described. The idea of crisis states is expanded, their connection with the level of personal resources and the potential for their mobilization in the process of overcoming the crisis is determined.
