Essay

This dissertation is one of the first comprehensive studies devoted to the criminological foundations of the activities of Ukrainian prosecutorial authorities in preventing crimes related to the implementation of state migration policy. It has been proven that the topic of preventing crimes related to the implementation of state migration policy by the prosecutor’s office of Ukraine is strategically important, and its relevance is extremely high, which is due to intensive migration processes (internal displacement of people, especially due to full-scale war, and international migration), which create new socio-legal measures (human trafficking, fraud, and exploitation).
