Object of research: the process of development of transport and logistics companies under conditions of globalization. Purpose: scientific substantiation of the theoretical and methodological foundations and development of practical recommendations for the organizational and economic support of the development of transport and logistics companies in the context of globalization. Methods: induction, deduction, structural analysis, regression analysis, cluster analysis, comparative analysis, graphical method. For the first time, an optimization model is proposed that provides a multidimensional approach to the management of transport and logistics companies, encompassing strategic aspects (minimization of total costs and enhancement of system productivity) as well as tactical aspects (selection of optimal routes, time schedules, and resource utilization levels) based on the integration of economic, organizational, and technological factors within a unified integrated decision-making environment. Improved: the conceptual sequence for implementing a methodological approach to studying the development of transport and logistics companies, which предусматривает systematic assessment of the financial, economic, and market position of transport and logistics companies; formation of their typology using cluster analysis; evaluation of the impact of logistics on the socio-economic development of regions through regression modeling; development of adaptation scenarios to globalization challenges with consideration of the institutional environment; the mechanism for ensuring the development of transport and logistics companies under globalization, which consists in forming an integrated multi-level management system aimed at ensuring enterprises’ adaptability to the challenges of the global environment; unlike existing approaches, this mechanism not only reflects the organizational, economic, and managerial aspects of industry functioning but also takes into account innovation-technological, infrastructural, and social potential, thereby strengthening enterprises’ resilience and competitiveness in the long term. Further developed: integration of innovation-technological and human resource–competency blocks within a unified development management model for transport and logistics companies, enabling the formation of a digitally oriented development mechanism; methodological approaches to managing the institutional and regulatory support of transport and logistics activities through the inclusion of elements for harmonizing national standards with international requirements and digital regulatory instruments (electronic documents, digital customs procedures, “smart logistics”); principles for forming the infrastructural and technological component of the mechanism for ensuring the development of transport and logistics companies through the combination of physical transport assets (terminals, hubs) with digital data flow management platforms, which enhances the efficiency of logistics processes within global supply chains; methodological approaches to ensuring the development of transport and logistics companies taking into account the transformational impacts of globalization that determine new requirements for the efficiency, flexibility, and innovativeness of logistics systems. Scope of application: in the business activities of enterprises, in particular: “ART-Pack” Sp. z o.o., LLC “TK SKIFY,” LLC “KVR-TRANS,” LLC “ZakarpattiaEuroTrans”; in the research work of the Research Institute of the Lviv University of Business and Law in studying enterprise development under conditions of European integration; and in the educational process of the Lviv University of Business and Law in teaching the courses “Economic Analysis,” “Business Planning,” and “Marketing.”
