The dissertation provides an in-depth analysis of scientific sources, legislation and a generalization of judicial and investigative practice regarding the investigation of thefts from warehouses and storage bases of goods, on the basis of which a theoretical generalization is made and a solution to the scientific task is proposed, which consists in developing a forensic characteristic and the foundations of the investigation of thefts from warehouses and storage bases of goods.
