Essay

The study defines the content and essence of public services in the field of entrepreneurial activity as an object of administrative and legal regulation. The system of principles of public administration in this sphere of social relations is characterized. An authorial classification of public services in the field of entrepreneurial activity from an administrative and legal perspective is proposed according to the following criteria: functional purpose, legal nature and character of the legal result, subject of initiative and nature of interaction between the entrepreneur and public administration, service provider, level of procedural complexity, fee-based nature, form of provision, and degree of digitalization.
