The dissertation provides a comprehensive analysis of the digitalization of the economy in the context of modern challenges, instability, uncertainty, and information stochasticity. The phenomenon of economic digitalization is associated with such concepts as information, BIG DATA, artificial intelligence (AI), information and communication technologies (ICT), machine learning (ML). The study expands the interdisciplinary field of socio-philosophical reflection on digitalization as the basis of a new type of society (network, information, digital), which is becoming increasingly relevant and necessitates a radical revision of the content of digitalization aimed at using the opportunities of the digital age. The cross-cutting theme of the dissertation is the articulation of the digitalization of the economy and its heuristic potential in the formation of a digital society, the corresponding type of culture and consciousness. The study identifies the conceptual foundations of the strategy of digital development of enterprises and organizations, the formation of worldview guidelines for managers in the new digital phase of the scientific and technological revolution, which contributes to the transformation of their activities. The main components of scientific novelty submitted for defense are specified in the following provisions: For the First Time: - Researched by examines the concept of “digitalization of the economy” in the context of socio-philosophical analysis as an important factor influencing the social life of a person, reveals the essence of the phenomenon of digitalization and the content that denotes it. The innovativeness of this concept is increasing due to the approach of the era of technological singularity, which requires adaptability, synergy and flexibility in the processes of integrating digital technologies into all spheres of social and economic life, and requires the transformation of human consciousness; - A conceptual vision of the digital strategy of enterprises and organizations in the context of war and post-war recovery as a philosophical paradigm and a roadmap for Ukraine is formed. Its main characteristics are identified, including the use of information technology, the Internet of Things, big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, digital management and governance. A comprehensive analysis of the digital strategy contributes to its impact on all spheres of public life, based on economic growth trends. In a rapidly changing world, the digitalization of the economy creates new opportunities that have ushered in a new era of humanity at the regional, national and global levels; - The article examines the impact of artificial intelligence on humans, society, management, and organizations as a factor of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, which is used to comprehensively improve the efficiency of production and the innovative capacity of human society. Artificial intelligence is presented as a phenomenon (objective phenomenon) and as a development strategy (technology), which complement each other. It is proved that AI as a phenomenon is a key phenomenon of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, which transforms people, society, economy, management and organizations; as a development strategy, it is a technology that is focused on widespread use in the economy aimed at creating digital clusters with high competitiveness. Has been Improved: - The philosophical and scientific foundations of the study of the phenomenon of economic digitalization in the context of historical development and evolution are determined, and it is determined that this phenomenon is a new scientific achievement within the framework of social philosophy and philosophy of history. Science and technology are the main productive forces of digitalization, since in the eighteenth century two scientific and technological revolutions were caused by mechanical and electrical technologies, which led to a qualitative leap in production and human life. In the mid-20th century, the third technological revolution, led by information technology, opened the door to a new dimension of humanity's future. The Fourth Industrial Revolution, driven by a new generation of information technology in the 21st century, has led the world to digital transformation.
