The dissertation presents a theoretical generalization and practical solution to the current problem of professional training of future educators to organize clup work in preschool education institutions (PEI), which is manifested in the theoretical substantiation and implementation of the relevant pedagogical conditions and experimental proof of their effectiveness. The results of the conducted theoretical and experimental research demonstrated the objectivity of the initial provisions and confirmed the solution of the tasks set in the dissertation.
The scientific novelty of the study is that:
‒ for the first time, the pedagogical conditions for the professional training of future educators to organize club work in preschool educational institutions have been defined and scientifically substantiated (formation of positive motivation of future educators to organizing club work in preschool educational institutions; implementation of innovative pedagogical technologies in the professional training of future educators for the formation of knowledge and ideas about club work, mechanisms for its organization; involvement of future educators in organizing club work in preschool educational institutions through various types of quasi-professional activities), the author's interpretation of the essence of the concepts of «club work in preschool educational institutions», «readiness of future educators for organizing club work in preschool educational institutions» has been presented and its components as a result of professional training, as well as criteria, indicators and levels of its formation have been determined;
‒ the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the study of the problem of professional training of future educators for organizing club work in the conditions of preschool education has been clarified: «professional training of future educators», «readiness», club», «club activity»;
‒ further development has been gained in the ideas about innovative technologies, forms and methods of professional training of future educators for various types of activities with preschool children.
The practical significance of the study lies in the development and implementation into the practice of higher education institutions that train applicants for the specialty «Preschool Education» at the first (bachelor’s) level of higher education of pedagogical conditions for professional training of future educators for organizing club work in preschool education, which provided for the introduction into the structure of professional disciplines of relevant lectures, trainings, master classes, projects, hackathons, etc.; into the structure of pedagogical practices of practically oriented tasks in order to form the readiness of future specialists for organizing club work; developing a program of interaction with student self-government, as well as various social partners.
The results of the study can be used in the process of professional training of future educators to organize club work in preschool educational institutions, in the scientific and pedagogical training of applicants for a professional pedagogical profile, as well as in the system of self-educational activities of future educators and advanced training of specialists and applicants for professional pre-higher and higher education institutions of Ukraine.
The first section of the dissertation defines the theoretical principles of professional training of future educators to organize club work in preschool educational institutions, in particular, it analyzes existing research on professional training and readiness of future specialists of preschool education to organize various types of activities with preschool children and on this basis formulates the author's vision of the corresponding readiness. The pedagogical conditions of professional training of future educators to organize club work in preschool educational institutions are substantiated. The essence, content and specifics of organizing club work in preschool educational institutions are determined and characterized.
