The dissertation presents a solution to a relevant scientific and practical
problem: determining the impact of sports migration processes in youth and amateur
football in Ukraine on the effectiveness of training athletes and teams, which is
implemented by substantiating, developing and implementing the author's algorithm
for optimizing sports training of youth and amateur football players for competitions
at the regional and national levels.
The structure and content of long-term improvement determine a complex of
objective factors of various aspects of sports preparedness of youth and amateur
football players. This category of football players is a reserve for higher-level sports -
training of professional football players. For them, specific factors of sports migration
are significant – internal (regional) migration, when football players move to clubs of
other regional (city) football associations. Leading football academies of Ukraine
conduct active selection work, which significantly activates the factors of sports
migration at the level of youth football players (U16, U17, U19) and amateur
qualification level, which requires significant correction of traditional technologies of
training football players. Thus, the study and analysis of the prerequisites of sports
migration at the regional level and the regulatory norms of the UAF, AAFU, and
СYFLU contributes to the definition of the organizational principles of sports training
in youth and amateur football and justifies the need to correct traditional technologies
of training football players.
The first section of the dissertation considers current issues related to the
general characteristics of the system of long-term training of football players in the
context of the influence of global factors (sports migration, concentration of football
players in leading teams, which contributes to increasing the level of internal
competition in the team). An overview of the analytical features of modern sports
training of football players of different qualification levels (youth, amateur, semiprofessional, professional) is given, taking into account the influence of global factors
(sports migration) on the system of their sports training and the effectiveness of the
competitive process. The specifics of the use of sports migration factors in the system
of long-term improvement of football players of youth and amateur teams are shown
- the regional level of sports migration determines the need to take into account its
indicators, determine their impact on the effectiveness of the competitive process and
justifies the need to correct existing sports training systems.
Based on the analysis of scientific literature, it is shown that the basis of
modern technologies for the effective realization of the potential of football players is
a complex of specific factors that are determined by the rules of the competition, the
norms of the Regulations, age and qualification characteristics, the features of the
game specialization (role), anthropometric, psychological, sexual and other features.
The influence of sports migration processes (at the regional level) leads to the
justification, development and implementation of unique systems and technologies
for the sports improvement of football players of youth age and amateur qualification
level, which are suitable for a specific structural formation of the macrocycle –
microcycles or mesocycles of training.
The second section describes the methods of scientific research used: analysis,
generalization and systematization of materials from scientific and methodological
literature and the global information network «Internet»; pedagogical observation of
the training process and competitive activities of amateur football teams, amateur
football players and youth football players U16, U17, U19; content analysis of
application documentation and regulatory norms of official regional and national
football competitions (based on materials from youth and amateur football teams
U16, U17, U19; testing of various types of sports fitness of amateur football players
and football players of youth age U16, U17, U19; questionnaire survey of coaches of
mass children’s and youth and amateur football in the context of implementing a
rating assessment of their professional activities; expert analysis of indicators of
competitive activity of amateur football teams, amateur football players and football
players of youth age U16, U17, U19 taking into account factors of sports migration;
pedagogical experiment; methods of mathematical statistics.
