OSMAK D. Stimulating investment and innovation activities of enterprises in the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine

Dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the field of knowledge 05 Social and Behavioral Sciences in the specialty 051 Economics. – Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Kyiv, 2025. The dissertation is devoted to the study of theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of stimulating investment and innovation activities of enterprises in the post-war recovery of Ukraine. A conceptual framework for forecasting optimal investment parameters at the macro-, meso- and microeconomic levels is developed. The proposed mechanism integrates state policy tools, public–private partnership, and intellectual capital management. The research identifies key challenges of the Ukrainian investment environment, including high tax burden, corruption, war-related risks, and limited integration into global networks. Measures to enhance investment attractiveness and enterprise efficiency are outlined, such as improving the regulatory framework, developing industrial parks, upgrading production potential, and expanding access to financing and grants. The findings can be applied to shape strategies for innovation and investment development of enterprises and regions in the post-war period.
