The dissertation proves that the preparation of future physical education teachers for the organization of physical education and mass work in the conditions of specialized training is an urgent problem of pedagogical science and educational practice, the solution of which involves the orientation of higher pedagogical education on updating the content of professional training and deepening the transition to the use of innovative and information technologies.
It was determined that the essence of the concept of professional training of future teachers of physical education is considered a purposeful process of students acquiring a qualification level of theoretical and practical literacy and intellectual education based on the mastery of systematic professional knowledge, practical skills, and abilities, an appropriate level of physical training, the development of personal and professional qualities, the formation of value orientations and an innovative outlook, professional motivation, and a desire for continuous self- development.
The concept of readiness of future physical education teachers to organize physical education and mass work in the conditions of specialized training is interpreted as an integrative personality formation, which includes valuable professional and personal motivation regarding the importance of physical education and mass work and the need for constant physical self-improvement; a complex of professional, psychological and pedagogical knowledge in the field of physical education; ability to organize physical culture and mass events and relevant abilities; practical skills of educational, motivational, methodical, sports and recreational, educational, animating work.
The level of formation of the studied phenomenon is determined by a complex of structural components: axiological, epistemological, and praxeological. In accordance with the author's understanding of the essence and structure of the main concept, the following criteria and indicators are distinguished: motivational - valuable with indicators - personal value orientations, professional values, self- improvement motivation; intellectual and cognitive with indicators - a complex of professional knowledge, basic pedagogical knowledge, professional thinking; activity-practical with indicators - the ability to organize physical culture and mass work, the ability to work in the conditions of specialized training, the ability to communicate pedagogically. The study of the criteria for the readiness of future physical education teachers to organize physical education and mass work in the conditions of specialized training and their indicators made it possible to establish the presence of three levels of detection of each indicator: low, medium and high.
The effectiveness of the pedagogical conditions for the preparation of future physical culture teachers for the organization of physical culture and mass work in the conditions of specialized training has been substantiated and experimentally verified, namely: the creation of a sports-oriented educational environment of a higher education institution through the use of various forms of physical culture and mass work; training of future physical education teachers for the organization of mass physical education work by means of game technologies; ensuring the professional development of the future physical culture teacher through the use of quasi-professional activities. The methodical provision of pedagogical conditions for the preparation of future physical culture teachers for the organization of physical culture and mass work in the conditions of specialized training has been developed and implemented in educational practice.
The first pedagogical condition - the creation of a sports-oriented educational environment of a higher education institution through the use of various forms of physical culture and mass work - was realized through the following forms of sports activities: sections on the chosen sport; various types of sports competitions of various levels (city, regional, regional All-Ukrainian); various forms of sports holidays (game holidays, Olympics, thematic sports events, conferences, marathons, take-offs); various types of sports tourism (water, cycling, hiking, skiing,); complex forms of mass physical education (tourist camps, tourist clubs, sports camps, sports clubs).
