The dissertation work of Anastasia Volodymyrivna Popelyshkina is devoted to the problem of forming the pedagogical culture of bachelors in vocational education (design) in the process of professional training. The dissertation studies for the first time the state of formation of pedagogical culture of bachelors of vocational education (design) in the theory and practice of foreign and domestic systems of professional training; The pedagogical essence of the conceptual construct “pedagogical culture of bachelors of vocational education” is defined as a component of the general culture of a person, one of the defining indicators of the educational activity of pedagogical workers, characterized by the acquisition of pedagogical experience of humanity in the field of education, a set of general cultural, moral, intellectual, physical and psychological-pedagogical knowledge and skills that ensure effective pedagogical activity, a focus on continuous self-education and self-improvement; based on modern methodological approaches (personally oriented, activity-based, competence-based, integrative, systemic, acmeological and axiological), the structure of the pedagogical culture of bachelors in vocational education was revealed in the unity of motivational-value, cultural-cognitive and activity-practical components; The following criteria are justified: value-motivational (reflects the stability of the manifestation of educational and professional motivation, corresponding to the goals and content of professional training, the leading value orientations of pedagogical culture and the degree of awareness of its role in educational activity), cognitive-semantic (determines manifestations of personal experience of working with cultural sources and pedagogical technologies in the dimension of educational and professional activity during professional training in the unity of theoretical and practical knowledge, skills and abilities) and operational-activity (reveals the state of formation of the pedagogical culture of the future specialist in the course of acquiring individual experience of educational and professional activity in the field of design), indicators (knowledge, pedagogical skills; motivation to master and demonstrate pedagogical culture) and levels (initial, average, sufficient, high) of formation of pedagogical culture of bachelors in professional education (design) in the process of professional training; theoretically substantiated structural-functional model of formation of pedagogical culture of bachelors of vocational education (design); The concepts of “pedagogical culture”, “bachelor of vocational education (design)”, “professional training”, and the methodological tools for the process of forming the pedagogical culture of bachelors of vocational education (design) in the process of professional training have been clarified and modified; The structure and content of the process of forming the pedagogical culture of bachelors of vocational education (design) in the process of professional training have been further developed; correlations between the levels of formation of pedagogical culture and professional competence of bachelors of vocational education (design) have been determined. The practical significance of the dissertation research is that the results and main conclusions of the research can be used in the educational process of the university to form the pedagogical culture of bachelors of vocational education; The created criteria-based evaluation system can be used in the educational process of the university to monitor the quality of the vocational education system, in the system of advanced training and retraining of specialists in the field of vocational education; The educational content module "Pedagogical Culture of Bachelors of Vocational Education (Design)" and methodological recommendations "Formation of Pedagogical Culture of Bachelors of Vocational Education (Design) in the Process of Professional Training" have been developed for scientific and pedagogical workers of pedagogical higher education institutions and students of the specialty 015.00 Vocational Education (Design) and can be applied in vocational education institutions.
