Objective: to deepen the theoretical and methodological foundations for researching transformational changes in the development of entrepreneurship and to develop scientifically sound practical recommendations for the formation and implementation of an effective model for its development in the context of the greening of the global economy, taking into account Ukraine's European integration aspirations.
Object: the process of development of entrepreneurship in Ukraine in the context of the transformation and greening of the global economy.
Research methods: abstract-logical, statistical analysis, classification, comparative analysis, PESTEL analysis, SWOT analysis, correlation-regression, GAP analysis, scenario modeling, system analysis, modeling.
The theoretical results are reflected in the developed conceptual approaches, methodological provisions, and conclusions of the dissertation, which are aimed at deepening the theoretical and methodological foundations of entrepreneurship development in the context of the greening of the global economy and are taken into account in the educational process of Polissia National University, in particular in the teaching of the following disciplines: “Environmental Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Development,” “Organization of Entrepreneurial Activity,” and “Formation of Sustainable Business Models”
Practical results: development of scientifically sound practical recommendations for the formation and implementation of an effective model of entrepreneurship development in the context of the greening of the global economy, taking into account Ukraine's European integration aspirations.
Scientific novelty: an organizational and economic mechanism has been developed to activate the participation of public and private initiatives in the processes of “green” transformation of entrepreneurship, based on a three-component functional and structural model that integrates coordination, financial incentives, and information -analytical blocks and ensures the formation of a synergistic ecosystem of sustainable entrepreneurial development; the interpretation of the concept of “green entrepreneurship” has been improved; the methodological approach to identifying the factors of greening entrepreneurial activity has been deepened; the methodological tools for the integrated assessment of the effectiveness of green entrepreneurship have been supplemented; a classification of types and forms of environmental entrepreneurship has been developed; a comprehensive mechanism for diversifying sources of financing for the environmental modernization of entrepreneurship has been substantiated; directions for systematizing the institutional support of the processes of greening entrepreneurial activity have been formulated; strategic guidelines for harmonizing environmental policy in the field of entrepreneurship have been developed.

Effectiveness: consists in substantiating theoretical and methodological foundations and developing practical recommendations for ensuring transformational changes in the development of entrepreneurship in Ukraine in the context of the greening of the global economy, which contributes to increasing its competitiveness and sustainable development.
Scope of application of research results: activities of public authorities, business entities, educational and scientific institutions in the process of forming and implementing entrepreneurship development strategies in the context of the greening of the global economy.
