The dissertation is devoted to the generalization of theoretical and methodological principles and the development of applied directions for the development of social entrepreneurship (SE) in the context of the post-war restoration of human capital in Ukraine. The purpose of the dissertation is to generalize the theoretical foundations and develop practical recommendations for the development of social entrepreneurship and increase its role as a factor in strengthening social security and restoring human capital in Ukraine by improving methodological approaches to assessing its socioeconomic impact. The object of the study is the processes of formation and development of social entrepreneurship and their impact on the preservation and post-war restoration of human capital in Ukraine. The subject of the study is theoretical and methodological approaches and practical principles for the development of social entrepreneurship as a tool for increasing the effectiveness of post-war restoration of human capital in Ukraine.
