The dissertation provides a theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem - outlining the social guarantees of notaries in Ukraine, their concept, types, regulatory and legal regulation, clarifying the features of the material support of state and private notaries, defining social guarantees in the field of education and professional training of notaries. The notary is characterized as a subject of receiving social guarantees. The content of the concept and meaning of social guarantees of notaries is clarified. The types of social guarantees of notaries in Ukraine are highlighted. The current state of legal regulation of social guarantees of notaries in Ukraine is characterized. The features of the material support of notaries in Ukraine are clarified. Social guarantees in the field of education and professional training of notaries are determined. The notary is characterized as a participant in the system of compulsory social insurance. Foreign experience in legal regulation of social guarantees of notaries is studied and the possibilities of its use in Ukraine are determined. The problems and directions for improving the implementation of social guarantees for notaries in Ukraine are outlined. Based on the analysis of problematic issues in the implementation of social guarantees for notaries, ways to solve them are proposed and specific practical proposals and scientific recommendations are developed to improve regulatory and legal regulation in this area.
