Morphological aspects of the remodeling of the structural components of the gingiva under the influence of a complex of food additives – qualifying scientific work on the rights of the manuscript. The qualifying scientific work is devoted to the study of the features of structural remodeling and morphofunctional changes in the structural components of the alveolar part of the gingiva and to determining the degree of adaptive and dystrophic degenerative changes, as well as the development of compensatory-adaptive reactions in the bodies of white rats under conditions of the combined exposure to chemical food additives (monosodium glutamate, sodium nitrite, Ponceau 4R) in an experimental setting. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the fact that, based on a comprehensive approach involving modern methodological principles and methods, the dynamics of structural and functional changes in the components of the alveolar part of the gingiva under the action of a complex of chemical food additives were systematically characterized for the first time.12
