Essay

This PhD thesis is the first comprehensive study dedicated to the issues of civil law regulation of unmanned vehicles, exploring their systemic-structural and functional features. To achieve the research objectives, the author analyzed Ukrainian legal doctrine, scientific sources from foreign scholars, and international and national normative legal acts regulating the use of unmanned vehicles and artificial intelligence. This facilitated the exploration of the chosen topic and the formulation of relevant conclusions. Overall, the structure of the dissertation consists of an introduction, four chapters comprising nine subsections, conclusions, a list of references and appendix.
