Bondar V. Legal Foundations of Civil-Military Interaction between the Armed Forces of Ukraine and Volunteer Organizations

In the dissertation, based on the analysis of doctrinal, regulatory, and practical aspects of civil-military interaction between the Armed Forces of Ukraine and volunteer organizations, a new solution to a scientific problem is proposed, which consisted of identifying contradictions and gaps that hinder the effective implementation of the specified interaction, and proposing, based on a systemic approach, a number of legal and organizational measures for its optimization. The essence and purpose of civil-military component interaction at the national, territorial, and local levels are defined. Based on the analysis of conceptual approaches to the essence of civil-military interaction, their classification is proposed, which includes the attributive, procedural, synergistic, relational, deterministic, communication, and military-legal approaches.
