Havaza L. Psychological features of the manifestation of distinctive behavior of future technical specialists.

The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of the psychological features of the manifestation of distinctive behavior of future technical specialists. Based on the analysis of scientific sources, a definition of distinctive behavior is proposed: it is a set of conscious and unconscious actions aimed at emphasizing personal uniqueness and difference from others, in order to preserve or restore a positive image of «Me» and maintain a sense of self-importance and self-esteem. The study developed a theoretical model of distinctive personality behavior, which includes social and psychological determinants, as well as three structural components: cognitive, motivational, and emotional-regulatory. The formation of the sample for the study of the psychological characteristics of distinctive behavior was carried out on the basis of standardized content analysis of student avatars presented in their digital profiles. To ensure the representativeness of the sample, 1,000 avatars were analyzed, of which 399 were selected for the study. In order to overcome the problem of heterogeneity of assessment scales characteristic of the psychodiagnostic methods used, standardization of results using Z-scores was applied. Based on the obtained empirical data, psychological features of the manifestation of distinctive behavior of future technical specialists were identified, including: independent solving of new tasks, determination of patterns and operation of abstract concepts, regardless of previous experience, which is the main way of self-expression; moderate ambition and desire for change and new knowledge; finding a balance between the desire to achieve success and fear of failure; constructive nature of self-affirmation; emotional stability as a condition for a socially acceptable manifestation of difference. Based on cluster analysis, three types of distinctive behavior were identified: socially active, self-controlled, and passive, which differ in the way of realizing and realizing one's own difference in interpersonal interaction. The scientific novelty of the dissertation work lies in the fact that for the first time a model of distinctive personality behavior has been developed and theoretically substantiated, reflecting its structural organization and determining factors; psychological features of the manifestation of distinctive behavior of future technical specialists were revealed, determined by the influence of personal factors and the specifics of their professional orientation; based on the results of cluster analysis, a typology of distinctive behavior of students of technical specialties is proposed, represented by socially active, self-controlled and passive types; the nature and strength of the relationships between individual components of distinctive behavior in students of higher technical education were established; the approach to the analysis of empirical data using standardization by Z-scores was improved; understanding of the content and structure of the determinants of the development of distinctive behavior in adolescence has been further developed; scientific ideas about the psychological nature of distinctive behavior have been expanded and supplemented by specifying its component structure (cognitive, motivational, and emotional- regulatory components), clarifying their content and features of manifestation in the conditions of professional training of future technical specialists.
