Tarapata Y. Methodology for developing the grammatical competence of future teachers of the Ukrainian language and literature through expressive syntax

The dissertation theoretically substantiates and formulates the methodology for forming the grammatical competence of future teachers of the Ukrainian language and literature through of expressive syntax. The purpose of the study is the theoretical substantiation and development of the methodology for forming the grammatical competence of future teachers of the Ukrainian language and literature through expressive syntax and experimental verification of its effectiveness. The object of the study is defined as the process of teaching Ukrainian grammar to future teachers of the Ukrainian language and literature in institutions of higher education. The subject of the study is a total of approaches, principles, methods, techniques and means for forming the grammatical competence of future teachers of the Ukrainian language and literature through expressive syntax. The history of the development of grammar teaching methods in educational institutions is described; the psychological-and-pedagogical and linguodidactic principles of the methodology for forming the grammatical competence of future teachers of the Ukrainian language and literature through expressive syntax are substantiated; the semantic content of the basic concepts of research is characterized and clarified; the content of educational and methodological support for the process for forming grammatical competence of students of educational and professional programs 035 Philology (specialization 035.01 Ukrainian language and literature) and 014 Secondary education (specialization 014.01 Ukrainian language and literature) is analyzed; the criteria, indicators and levels of the grammatical competence of future teachers of the Ukrainian language and literature through expressive syntax are determined; the effectiveness of the designed method for forming the grammatical competence of future teachers of the Ukrainian language and literature through expressive syntax is experimentally tested.
