Essay

The dissertation is devoted to solving a scientific problem, which consists in developing theoretical foundations, improving scientific and methodological approaches, and substantiating practical recommendations for improving the state financial policy in the market of non-bank financial institutions of Ukraine. The dissertation work, by means of generalization, identifies existing theoretical approaches to the substantive essence of the state financial policy in the market of non-bank financial institutions and structures the main components of financial policy in their close relationship; proposed a definition of the financial and economic essence of financial policy in the market of non-banking financial institutions from the point of view of a comprehensive (holistic) approach; the concept of "state regulation in the market of non-banking financial institutions" was clarified. The comprehensive approach allowed us to consider the substantive essence of the state's financial policy in the market of non-banking financial institutions from the point of view of integrating the main mechanisms of influence on the distribution and redistribution of financial resources of non-banking financial institutions (hereinafter referred to as NBFI), coordinating fiscal and monetary policy instruments, and focusing on the existing risks of the sector in the context of the growing role of financial intermediation. The comprehensive approach allowed us to consider much more broadly the substantive essence of the state's financial policy in the market of non-banking financial institutions, not only as a set of instruments (tasks, methods, techniques, and instruments of influence) or a system of state measures in a certain area of regulation, but as a consistent, purposeful integrated management activity to maintain macroeconomic stability
