The goal of the research is as follows: to identify, substantiate, and experimentally verify the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions for the formation of legal culture among future Masters in Management.
To address the identified contradictions and achieve the research goal, the following objectives have been defined: 1) to characterise and justify the content and structure of legal culture among future Masters in Management based on scientific and pedagogical discourse; 2) to determine and substantiate the criteria, indicators, and levels of legal culture formation of future Masters in Management; 3) to identify and justify the pedagogical conditions necessary for the formation of legal culture among future Masters in Management; 4) to develop and implement the scientific and methodological framework for supporting the formation of the legal culture of future Masters in Management; 5) to verify the effectiveness of the substantiated pedagogical conditions for forming legal culture through the organisation of a pedagogical experiment.
The professional training of Master’s students in the speciality 073 Management is the object of the study.
The pedagogical conditions for the formation of legal culture of future Masters in Management are the subject of the study.
Methods: analysis and synthesis, deduction and induction, comparison and juxtaposition, abstraction and concretization, systematization and generalization, content analysis and development of refined conclusions and assessments, modeling, surveying, testing, observation, mathematical statistics, pedagogical experiment.
The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the fact that for the first time pedagogical conditions for the formation of legal culture among future Masters in Management have been identified, substantiated, and experimentally verified (the use of subject-to-subject interaction to stimulate the formation of legal culture; the integration of legal culture content into the professional training curriculum of future Masters in Management; the activation of students’ learning through interactive methods aimed at fostering legal culture; and the enhancement of scientific and methodological support for professional training disciplines based on developed scientific and methodological recommendations); drawing on the scientific and pedagogical discourse, the content and structure of legal culture among future Masters in Management have been characterized and substantiated, encompassing axiological, cognitive, and activity-based components; criteria (value-based, knowledge-based, operational), indicators, and levels (elementary (low), reproductive (medium), productive (sufficient), and creative (high) of legal culture formation have been defined and justified; the conceptual foundations of key terms have been clarified, including “professional training”; “Master’s degree”, “Master of Management”, “competence”, “professional competence”, “legal competence”, “professional culture”, and “legal culture”; the instructional and methodological support for the initial professional training of future managers has been improved through the development and implementation of a scientific and methodological framework for cultivating their legal culture; the theoretical positions regarding the application of systemic, competency-based, cultural, activity-oriented, axiological, and learner-centred approaches to the formation of legal culture among future Masters in Management; the essence, organizational forms, and methods of developing legal culture in this context have been further elaborated.
