Slyvka D. Organizational and economic mechanism of innovative development of housing construction

The subject of this study is the process of developing an organizational and economic mechanism for the innovative development of housing construction. The objective of this work is to develop theoretical and methodological approaches, as well as practical aspects, for establishing an organizational and economic mechanism for the innovative development of housing construction. The theoretical and methodological basis of the research in this dissertation is the dialectical method of cognition, the fundamental principles of economic theory, and the scientific contributions of domestic and foreign scholars on the formation of an organizational and economic mechanism for the innovative development of housing construction. Scientific novelty - improvements include: - the classification of innovations in housing construction by supplementing and systematizing it according to an expanded list of characteristics. Unlike existing approaches, innovations are grouped by level of digitalization, degree of impact on the object’s life cycle, and source of initiation, which has enabled the development of a differentiated approach to managing various types of innovations and optimizing the process of their implementation; - the concept of an organizational and economic mechanism for the innovative development of residential construction, which, unlike existing ones, is defined as a purpose-driven, multi-component system (social, economic, administrative, and organizational) based on the integration of unique knowledge and the latest digital technologies; - a model of innovative development in housing construction as a comprehensive applied tool for managing the sector. Unlike existing approaches, the model is based on the synergy of methodological, institutional, economic, and digital components integrated into a single multilevel system (macro-, meso-, and micro-levels). Theoretical and methodological provisions regarding the formation of an organizational and economic mechanism for the innovative development of housing construction were taken into account in the completion of master’s theses in the specializations 073 “Management” and 075 “Marketing” at the Odessa State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture for the 2023 - 2024 and 2024 - 2025 academic years
