The dissertation research reveals the theoretical and methodological
principles of the formation of the integral quality of managerial capital in
conditions of technological singularity and substantiates its role as a systemforming factor in the development of modern management, organizations and the
economy as a whole. The object of the study is managerial capital as a strategic
resource for the development of organizations and the economy in conditions of
technological singularity. The subject of the study is theoretical, methodological
and applied principles of the formation of the integral quality of managerial
capital, mechanisms of its transformation into the competitiveness of managerial
capital and the strategic effectiveness of socio-economic systems.
The relevance of the study is due to the deep transformation processes that
occur in the modern world under the influence of digitalization, the development
of artificial intelligence, the knowledge economy and the acceleration of
technological change. In these conditions, traditional factors of competitiveness
are gradually losing their decisive importance, and the quality of management,
professional training of managers, the ability to innovative development,
adaptability and effective use of intellectual resources come to the fore.
It is substantiated that the modern stage of management development is
characterized by a transition from a functional understanding of management
activities to an integrated approach, within which managerial capital is considered
as a complex multi-level system capable of ensuring the integration of
knowledge, competencies, technologies, human potential and organizational
resources. Accordingly, the importance of studying the integral quality of
managerial capital as a new systemic characteristic that determines the level of
management development and its ability to form long-term competitive
advantages is increasing.
The work provides a comprehensive analysis of theoretical approaches to
the study of managerial capital, human capital, intellectual capital and
professional competence of managers. It is established that most existing
concepts focus mainly on individual characteristics of managerial activity, while
the problem of integrating these characteristics into a single system remains
insufficiently studied.
It is proven that in the conditions of technological singularity, the quality
of managerial capital cannot be determined only by the level of education,
professional knowledge or experience of managerial activity. The ability to
integrate professional competencies, innovative potential, strategic thinking,
leadership, digital adaptability and managerial culture becomes crucial. It is such
integration that forms a new systemic quality that determines the ability of
management to ensure the effective functioning of complex socio-economic
systems.
Based on the research conducted, the author's approach to interpreting the integral
quality of managerial capital is proposed. The integral quality of managerial
capital is proposed to be understood as a systemic characteristic of managerial
capital, which reflects the level of integration of professional competencies,
innovative capacity, managerial culture, adaptability and ability to strategic
development and ensures the formation of sustainable competitive advantages of
organizations and the economy.
