Zhou G. Formation of the readiness of a future music teacher for artistic communication with teenagers in the process of piano teaching

The dissertation research is devoted to the scientific and methodological generalization and improvement of professional and pedagogical training of specialists in the art field by developing, substantiating and experimentally testing a methodology for forming the readiness of future music teachers for artistic communication with adolescents in the process of piano teaching. The stated purpose of the research is to develop, scientifically substantiate and experimentally test a methodology for forming the readiness of future music teachers for artistic communication with adolescents in the process of piano teaching. The research solved the following tasks: studying the current state of development of the problem under study: the formation of the readiness of a future music teacher for artistic communication with adolescents in the process of piano teaching; clarifying the essence of the concept of "artistic communication"; determining the content and structure of the readiness of a future music teacher for artistic communication with adolescents; developing criteria, indicators and levels of formation of the readiness of a future music teacher for artistic communication with adolescents in the process of piano teaching; substantiating the pedagogical conditions and methods of forming the readiness of a future music teacher for artistic communication with adolescents in the process of piano teaching; developing and experimentally testing a special methodology for forming the readiness of a future music teacher for artistic communication with adolescents in the process of piano teaching. The scientific apparatus reveals: the object of the study, as the process of professional training of future music teachers in higher education institutions; the subject, as a methodological support for the formation of the readiness of future music teachers for artistic communication with adolescents in the process of piano teaching. The first section "Theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of the problem of the readiness of a future music teacher for artistic communication with adolescents in the process of piano teaching" reveals the conceptual and terminological field of the study, defines the essence of the main concepts: "communication", "communication", "artistic communication", "artistic and pedagogical interaction", "musical and creative cooperation". It is determined that the specificity of artistic communication lies in the use of information encoded in works of art. This is communication with art and through art. Artistic communication is a complex and sensual type of interaction mediated by various forms of artistic cognition. The author's interpretation of the readiness of a future teacher for artistic communication with adolescents is presented as "a complex dynamic formation that determines the teacher's orientation and ability to musical and creative cooperation with students, to empathic and dialogical artistic and pedagogical interaction with them in the process of perception, interpretation and performance of musical works". The structure of the studied readiness is presented in the unity of motivational, informational, creative and activity and reflective and analytical components. The methodological basis of the study is outlined by scientific approaches: cultural, personality-oriented, systemic, environmental, competency-based, hermeneutic, synergistic. The second section - "Methodological foundations of the formation of the readiness of a future music teacher for artistic communication with adolescents in the process of piano teaching" - substantiates the principles (dialogicity, empathy, activation of creative activity, reflexivity) and pedagogical conditions for the formation of the indicated readiness: ensuring the communicative orientation of the educational process; activation of creative and search activity in the process of studying musical works; use of a wide range of modern artistic and pedagogical technologies; encouragement of creative self-expression in musical and performing activities. Methods of theoretical and practical guidance are determined, stages of pedagogical work are developed (communicative and organizational, communicative and active, communicative and reflexive). The communicative- organizational stage is preparatory, takes place within the framework of piano training of future specialists; it involves the formation of the attitude of future teachers to communicative activity and interaction with students; expansion and systematization of knowledge in the theory of communication, the specifics of artistic communication; selection and development of musical repertoire for the presentation of artistic images to students and discussion of artistic impressions.
