Object – the athlete training system in street sports. Methods – theoretical analysis and generalization, surveys, expert evaluation methods, pedagogical observation, pedagogical testing, pedagogical experiments, methods of mathematical statistics. Scientific Novelty – for the first time, the structure and content of the competitive activity of athletes in different age groups in the Freestyle Street Workout discipline have been identified; for the first time, a physical training program for athletes aged 19–25 years in the Freestyle Street Workout discipline has been developed and scientifically substantiated, taking into account the structure and content of competitive activity; scientific and methodological approaches to designing physical training for athletes in street sports have been improved by taking into account the specific requirements of the Freestyle Street Workout discipline; theoretical provisions concerning physical training of athletes in street sports and the possibilities for their application in the Freestyle Street Workout discipline have been further developed; theoretical knowledge regarding the athlete training system in street sports has been further developed. results – The structure and content of the physical training program for athletes in the freestyle street workout discipline were substantiated based on the planning and periodization of training loads within the training process. The experimental results confirmed that a systematic approach and structured planning of the training process ensure the targeted development of physical qualities and are more effective than the traditional unsystematic (intuitive) approach to physical training. The developed physical training program takes into account the structure and content of competitive activity in the freestyle street workout discipline and is based on the principles of planning and periodizing training volume and intensity. The training process is organized through the rational alternation of introductory, ordinary, shock, and recovery microcycles. Field of Study – 01 Education/Pedagogy, specialty 017 Physical Culture and Sports.
