The introduction substantiates the relevance of the work, formulates the
goal, objectives, object, subject of the study, reveals the scientific novelty and
practical significance of the results obtained, determines the personal contribution
of the applicant, provides data on the list of scientific conferences at which the
results of the study were tested, and indicates the number of the author's
publications.
The first section «Ways to optimize the training process of athletes in mixed
martial arts in modern living conditions» analyzes the results of scientific research
by domestic and foreign specialists, which are devoted to the study of existing
methodological approaches to the organization of training sessions for MMA
fighters, in particular at the stage of specialized basic training, and possible ways to
significantly improve the training process of the specified category of athletes.
According to the results of the analysis, it was possible to assert the
insufficient effectiveness of most programs for building the training process for
young MMA athletes, the use of which in the training process does not contribute
to a significant improvement in various types of general fitness of MMA fighters,
in particular, the optimization of their physical and functional fitness.
It is believed that one of the most promising ways to improve the training
process of young MMA athletes at the stage of specialized basic training may be
the inclusion of sports games in the programs of their training sessions, which are
characterized by simplicity, accessibility and a known positive effect on the
general condition of the body.
It is assumed that the introduction of training programs with the
comprehensive use of sports games into the training process of young MMA
fighters will contribute to a significant improvement in their physical and
functional fitness and an increase in the effectiveness of the training process as a
whole.
The second section «Methods and Organization of the Study» provides a list
of research methods used to test general and special physical and functional fitness,
monitor the functional state of the circulatory and respiratory systems of MMA
fighters aged 15-16 who participated in the study.
In this section, considerable attention was paid to substantiating the
feasibility of the selected research methods and a battery of tests to determine the
general and special physical fitness of MMA athletes aged 15-16, a study plan is
provided, in particular, the tasks of the ascertaining and formative parts of the
pedagogical experiment, information about the contingent of surveyed MMA
fighters aged 15-16 who are engaged in this sport at the stage of specialized basic
training. The following methods were used in the study: analysis and
generalization of scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical observation,
pedagogical testing, anthropometric, physiological research methods, computer
programs for express assessment of the current level of functional preparedness
and functional state of the circulatory and external respiratory systems,
pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics.
The third section «Analysis of a typical program for building a training
process for mixed martial arts athletes aged 15-16 in the preparatory period of the
annual macrocycle and experimental assessment of its effectiveness» provides a
general description of a typical program for building a training process for mixed
martial arts athletes at the stage of specialized basic training and a thorough
analysis of the content and structure of this program. The specifics of the influence
of the specified typical program on the nature of changes in the results of young
athletes aged 15-16 in tests for general and special physical fitness and the
dynamics of the parameters of functional fitness and the functional state of the
circulatory and external respiratory systems of their body during the preparatory
period of the annual training cycle are analyzed in detail.
Analysis of the results of the ascertaining experiment allowed, firstly, to
speak about the insufficient effectiveness of the typical program for organizing
training sessions due to the lack of significant positive changes in the levels of
general and special physical and functional fitness of the surveyed young MMA
athletes and the current functional state of the cardiorespiratory system of their
body, and secondly, about the need for significant improvement of the specified
program taking into account the latest achievements of sports science and modern
requirements for the general fitness of athletes specializing in mixed martial arts.
In general, this became the basis for developing an author's program for
building the training process in the preparatory period of the annual training cycle
for MMA fighters aged 15-16 at the stage of specialized basic training.
