Essay

Research object: production management system of JSC Iron and Steel Works "Azovsteel". Research purpose: development of methods and models of marketing-oriented production management system. Methods of research: economic and mathematical modeling, logistics, methods of decision-making. Results: the analysis production system functioning allows to pick out features and approaches to control efficiency rise; marketing and logistic functions in market-type management production are analyzed and the basic requirements are determined; development conception of marketing-oriented production management system is designed; industrial decision-making model complex for market competition conditions is developed; mechanism of consumers economic behavior based, on an expected estimations, is revealed; structure of integrated informational production management system is presented; economic effect from application of the industrial decision-making methods is being 1280 thousands of hryvnia. Novelty: conception of marketing-oriented production management system, which centers the interests of consumer in production; industrial decision-making model complex taking into account competition characteristics, risk of debt offset, time, inflation costs; model of choice-making in general directions of product competitive ability based on analysis of competitors, reference and economic indexes of product, allowing to obtain optimal decision; models of consumers' behavior depending on internal and external conditions, taking into account undetermined indexes. Field of use: intersectorial.
