. The forest shelterbelts create the optimum of microclimate conditions and provide the effective utilization of soil-climate resources by grass and rye on Polesyia soddy gley sandy loam soils The forest shelterbelts change the sun radiation and heat balances, decrease the spend of heat for evaporation and increase the heat flow into the soil to 20-52%. Subsur-face loosening increases the total porosity of soddy gley soil to 2-7%, the storage water to 22-54 mm, infiltration increases in two times. The agroforest melioration methods create the conditions for the effective utilization of high level of fertilizer to increase the crop, increasing of the coefficient of the sun radiation use to 0,06-0,16%. During 3 years the yield grain of rye was 0,84 ,of grass was 0,85 t/ha .
