In the dissertation there are given the results of in vestigation of lipid metabolism,including those on the cellular membranes, in 132 patients with hypert- onic disease of different stages of ages and 80 pati- ents with arterial hypertensions in chronic pyeloneph rites and atherosclerosis. Moreover there was found out a number of unknow earlier pathogenetic fac tors. Obtained results and differencts in the indexes of the level of peroxide oxidation of lipids and cor- relations of separate lipid fractions of cellular mem- brans and blood plasma wny be used for the diagno- sis and differentiation of arterial hypertensions. The- re are also substantiated the principles of differential correction of lipid disturfances in arterial hyperten-sions of different etiology.
