Is developed theoretical and practical fundamentals of technology confirmed of low-inertia monitoring of humidity of a paper and cardboard in dynamic conditions with use of the laser; the theoretical analysis because of offered space models inhomogeneous and non-stationary in time of a medium (paper) is conducted, and also experimentally is investigated and the integrated criterion of an evaluation of a target amount of light rather from a degree of humidity of a paper, for want of modification it of physical-chemical, physical-mechanical properties; is justified the optimum modes of operations laser humidity device.
