Essay

The thesis deals with the elaboration and investigation of new foundry methods for quality improvement of cooper-base castings. There were developed physical and mathematetical models for: alloys infiltration in the volume of reiforcement elements under gravitational pouring and casting under excessive pressure; casting processes on the polystyrene models with oriented porosity, experimental data that approved their valida bility. On the base of these exploriations distinctive methods of cast reinforced materials productions and castings obtaining by the mean of orientad porosirty polystyrene models by Lost-Foam cating method there were developed and approved.
