Mathematical simulation problems of incompressible liquid unsteady flows in a boundary layer with perturbed boundary or initial conditions for laminar or turbulent regime. Computational experiment based on previously elaborated effective numerical method. The problems of boundary layer evolution on a plate, circular or elliptic cylinder for cases of accelerated and oscillating motion of their surfaces along the body, both taking into account the oscillations imposed on the outer flow or not, have been solved numerically; the same is true for a circular cylinder instantly put into rectilinear motion and rotation at constant speed.
