Improved scheme of diagnostics, in the experiments upon 20 preparations of knee joint of adult persons corpses were learned the lenght and the firmness of tendon of semitendon muscle, the firmness of anterior cruciform ligament. On the base of the results obtained was improved the technology of reconstruction of anterior cruciform ligament by Muller W. and elaborated a new method of reconstruction of anterior cruciform and tibia collateral ligaments of knee joint. The positive results were obtained from 95,45% of the injured.
