New replicating vector tddaPr-RSV-Ce- and new helper virus for packaging cells F18/pJD were created on the base of transformation-defective mutant duck-adapted variant of avian Rous sarcoma virus Prague strain subgroup C (td daPr-RSV-C) with the extended host range. The use of adapted variant avian RSV as the base for helper virus allowed to obtain a high productivity packaging cells F18/pJD (titer 106 CFU/ml) and to avoid of the replicate competent virus appearance in a same time.
