Essay

The multi-dimensional non-stationary linear dynamic systems, bilinear systems, delay systems. Developing of spectral methods of modeling of dynamic systems by local-pulse basic functions. Investigation methods are methods of general theory of mathematical modeling. The methods of linear systems analysis and identification on the base of spectral transformations are proposed. The new algorithms of spectral transformations, recurrent schemes via MathCAD are offered, spectral and program model of dynamic systems and electro-technical devices are developed. The results are applicated for developing of monitoring of arc welding process with cutting of solving problem time of monitoring of arc welding in real time. Application spheres -modeling of dynamic systems, information technology.
