The working out of the mechanisms of the iteraction of the holding group with external investors and recommendations as to the organizational provision of the investment activity of the holding. The methods of expert evaluations of the ecnomic and system analysis, the statistic methods. There were suggested the recommendations as to the determination of the option price of the subsidiary. There was investigated the correlation between the structure of the holding group and the stage of development. There was elaborated the programme of motivation of the managers" activity.
