The dissertation is devoted to a question of development economically alloyed surfacing materials working in conditions of impact-abrasive wearing. Systematic researches of wear-resistance of Fe-Cr-Mn-C surfacing alloys were carried out. The impact-abrasive conditions are characterized by dynamic coefficient (Kd).Regression dependencies of phase composition, hardness and wear-resistance from chemical composition of the surfacing alloys were obtained. It was used as basis for development of new surfacing materials.The method of choce of chemical compositions of economically alloyed surfacing materials for various impact-abrasive wearing conditions is offered. The recommendations of rational alloying of powder-cored electrodes and optimum phase structure of surfacing metals are given. On this basis powder-cored electrodes, the computer program of determination of powder-cored electrodes composition was developed. The research results were implemented in "Azov" machine building plant (Mariupol). It was al lowed to increase durability of these parts in 1,5 times and receive economical effect of 24502,68 grn.
