90 patients with postoperative suppurative-necrotic hip joint infections. The purpose was to work out the treatment results of the problem to identify the causes and possible risk factors of which may affect the treatment prognosis. Methods: clinical, radiological, biochemical, bacteriological, gistological, biomechanical. Got new views of predisposing risk factors in developing deep postoperative suppurative-necrotic hip joint infections. Proved the usefulnes of the early revision of the postoperative wound and hip joint in a form of arthrotomy and it has been proved that the controversial to that, the joint components results into severe destruction. Proposed a systemic prophylactic procedures in primary stages of surgical reconstructive operations of which allows to reduce the infection complications and serve the joint components.
