Dyabina T. Clinico-circulatory characteristic of virus hepatitis A and B in children and a basing of heparin effectiveness, as a corrector of micro-circulation.

3.Thesis is devoted to study of microcirculation in children of different age with acute virus hepatitis A-B.It was presented results of 203 patents examina- tion by data of bulboconjunctiva angioscopy with morphometric analysis of microvessels of all orders of branch and density of functioning capillaries of blood rheologic characteristics of transcappilary metabolism. Expressiveness of distubances was defined by disease heaviness and didўnt depend from he patitis etiology. Vessels changes have correla- ted with childrenўs fge. It was revealed a relati- onship of periferal blood flow disturbances with liver hemodynamis. It was experimental established of heparin favourable influence on the number of functio ning capillaries, state of microvessels walls,. its permeability, conditions of blood trasport in microregion and blood flow in liver vessel. It was proved expediency of heparin inclusion with the perpose of microcirculation correction in therapy of middle-heav y and heavy forms of virus hepatitis A and B.
