Essay

The study of the secondary electrons characteristics near the spatial inhomogeneity produced by the passage of fast electrons have been made. New sophisticated modification of the Monte Carlo method, which allows the modeling the transport of secondary electrons through the matter with high efficiency, has been developed. The analytical descriptions of characteristics like the emerging energy and particles from thin targets and the charge-deposition distribution have been proposed. A new physical criterion that defines the auto-compensation zone of secondary electrons in semi-infinite media has been given.
