Govdalyuk O. Risk factors of complicated course of pneumonia and chronization of broncho-pulmonary process in children.

There are presented the results of examining 224 children, 115 of which are the patients with pneumonia without complications, 38 ones with destructive pneumonia, 71- with chronic non-specific lung diseases. The state of oxidant-antioxidant and protease-antiprotease system in bronchoalveolar secretions as well as of cellular and humoral links of immunity have been analyzed. For each nosologic form different by the force connection of failures in these systems with the age, sex, blood group, rhesus appertaining of children has been revealed. The greatest correlation of failures with B(III) blood group, Rh+, female sex, age till 3 years has been marked. It allows to single out among the patients with pneumonia risk groups according to the development of destructions and chronization of process and to recommend individual orientation of medical and prophylactic measures.
