. In thesis were presented results of clinical and immunological examination of 128 children with repeated respiratory disease, in acute period and at the recovery. Conducted examination have allowed to revealed the influence of unhealthy environmental factors on development and current of acute respiratory disease in children with calculation of their phenotypic peculiarities. Established regularities have allowed to define risk factors on development and complicated current of acute respiratory diseases in children. Accessibility and effectivity of offered method of definition disposition of respiratory disease in children with calculation individual peculiarities allow to use widely in practical medical activity.
