Mohmed Hussen Mustafa Al-Frihat Effect of constructive and technological parameters on the quality of adhesive joints. - Manuscript. Thesis for the academic of a Candidate of technical sciences (Ph. D. in Engineering) in specialty 05.02.02 - Science of Machines. - The Kiev State University of Technologies and Design, Kiev, 1999. The thesis deals with solution of problems connected with determination of analytical and experimental relations, allowing to ensure strength and accuracy of composite adhesive joints with consideration for the effect of constructive and technological parameters of the parts. The thesis proposes the methods of calculation of the strength of composite adhesive tension joints with allowance made for roughness parameters of mated surface, thickness of an adhesive interlayer, physical and speed-torque characteristics of the materials of mating parts, embedding of micro-profile of mating parts. There is given a theoretical and experimental substantiation of the methods of design of a composite adhesive cutting tool, application of special coatings, in particular, friction coverings, for enhancement of the fatigue strength of composite adhesive tension joints and self-hardering gaskets for upgrading of leakproofness of a joint.
