The systems for gas supplying of an electrophysical energy installations (EVI); the increse of gas efficiency and of energy efficiency, and improvement of operating characteristics of EVI, in which hydrogen plasma, ion and atom streams are used as working fluid; hydrogen ionization potentials mass-spectrometric measurement; mass-spectrometric analysis; measurement of Pashen curves and volt-ampere characteristics of discharge; Langmuir probe techniques; Warren method; PC; the isotopic effect on the shift of the ionization potentials of hydrogen and deuterium desorbed from the metal-hydride surface was obtained; the auto-stabilization effect as to pressure was obtained; have been development the metal-hydride systems for gas supplying of a plasma installation, these systems realize leak-in of excited hydrogen into vacuum chamber of the installation, and it is case of the increase of gas efficiency and of energy efficiency of plasma generation; power engineering, mashinery, instrument-making
