Essay

Investigation object: Of species of the subfamily Prunoideae. Investigation purpose: The application of the molecularly-biochemical criterions for the taxonomic researches of a subfamily Prunoideae. Investigation methods: biochmistry. Theoretical and practical results, novelty: It is established that high qualities of feature of the representatives of a subfamily Prunoideae do not influence the electrophoretic distribution of albumin of seed in polyacrylamide gel, in difference from globulin. In intergenic transcribed spacers rDNA subfamily Prunoideae a distance -1,5kb from 5-end of a gene 18S rRNA of the following repetition in it present Dra I-site. The technique of a micropropagation of species of the genus Prunus is also revealed (in conditions in vitro), and that according to the degree of toxic for P. domestica the researched metals may be placed in the following number: Sr2+<<Ni2+<Cd2+. Degree of application: it is planned/ Sphere (area) of application: biochmistry and physiology of plants, biot echnology.
