Tolstikova O. Diagnosis and character of immunocorrective therapy of pyelonephritis in children

103 children with pyelonephritis were examined. 22 practically healthy children composed comparison group. Bacplan was included into complex therapy of 48 cases. 51 children received traditional therapy. The purpose of the study was to improve the efficacy of treatment of pyelonephritis in children on the basis of investigation of character of immunopathological changes with subsequent correction of disordes with administration of Вacplan. Methods: clinical, immunological, instrumental. Theoretical and practical value: the unspecific factors reflecting a condition of immunological reactivity have been estimated, the indications to application of Bacplan have been developed іп children with pyelonephritis. The results of the study have been introduced into practice of children's institutions of Donetsk, Dnepropetrovsk, Zaporozhye areas as informational messages. It results in a 3 day reduction of treatment time. Application: pediatrics.
