Essay

The thesis is devoted to the theoretical consideration of the energy spectrum of the collective phonon-plasmon excitations which has been observed in the GaAs based superlattices. Phonon-plasma modes localized on the defect layers are also found. Numerical and analytic calculations for the dispersion relations of helicons, helicon-plasmons, quantum waves and the dispersion relation for magnitoimpurity waves are also completed.
