The thesis is devoted to questions of the мorphogenesis of fetus thyroid in conditions of the burdened course of pregnancy at the mothers with gestosis, diabetes mellitus, chronic hypertension. The attributes of a delay of maturing and infringement of the differentiation of the organ tissue have been revealed; focal degenerative, proliferate and fibroplastic changes of the organ tissue with formation of the immune complexes, the attributes of the activation of the collagen synthesis are found. The level of morphological changes depends of level of the mother pathological condition.
